ECMVC will gladly refund in full the cost of the item(s) bought if they are faulty or damaged on arrival. In the first instance, please phone or email us using the contact details on the documents emailed to you when purchasing, telling us what the problem is.
In the case of a CD recording, please do not make copies of it at any time as all CDs produced by ECMVC are protected by copyright.
