Take the World Renowned Band of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines, add over 300 Male Voices, from 10 choirs from around the UK and what do you have?

Sounds Sensational  – Brass and Voices in Harmony a fantastic evening of music and entertainment with all profits donated to the Royal British Legion in Nottinghamshire.

Master of Ceremonies was none other than BBC East Midlands Today Dominic Heale, in his third Sounds Sensational appearance, along with choir members from Eastwood Collieries’, Anston, Chesterfield, Coalville, Dalesmen, Derbyshire Constabulary, Northampton, Aughton, Mansfield & District and Retford Male Voice Choirs.

Sounds Sensational 2013 followed the same format as the previous two hugely successful Sounds Sensational concerts in 2008 and 2010. With our very special guests, the Band of HM Royal Marines, the event attracted an audience of 2,000.
