Members of Eastwood Collieries’ Male Voice Choir and Sonara Singers have joined forces to present a Gareth Malone arrangement of WE SHALL OVERCOME. This song of hope fits well with our shared desire to return to normal activities as soon as possible, with added strength and determination to sing together and entertain our audiences.
The song was introduced to the choirs via three online Zoom sessions, with coaching and direction from Liz and practice/guide tracks provided by Gemma. Each choir member learned and performed the song completely independently.
